  2. it is not hard to change, it is hard for other people to accept the change. if you make a choice which directly leads to a worse set of events then yes you can be held accountable.

    Attempting to answer the question...

    Free will is our ability to make decisions for ourselves.  It defines who we are, as individuals.  We have the ability to make decisions, and therefore, we have free will.

    Change is not an easy thing to assess.  It is handled differently be every individual.  How do you handle it?  That is up to you (free will).

    We are responsible for our actions.  However, if you believe strictly in fate, you may feel that making decisions is a moot point.  If so, then your fate is sealed.
