Do hydrangea bush bloom twice in the summer?

Mine has some longer branches on it that have yet to bloom pods on them. I thought this might be fruit but the leaves look the same

No these are just little straglers that will bloom and then fade - normal.

They are probably half the size if the blooms that are there now I bet.
