Do i HAVE to get 2 rats???

i want a rat and i was wondering if i had to get 2 for him/her to be happy!

you don't HAVE to.  they don't care, but it would probably make them less stressed.  Why do you want rats?

I think it depends on the rat.We had one for years and he didnt like other rats.He liked our daughter that was his best friend he would sit in the cup holder on our daughters walker and ride around with her.We could barely seperate them at night. Although I do suggest to take it to a vet and get it its shots.

I loved my rat but the babies are not cute they are hairless and look like pink jellybeans.
