Do i Have to Register as a Non Profit or as a Company?

Question

I'm From South Africa, and Im am doing Charity work, I do all My reggae sessions for free and People donate with food to be given to the Needy and this is called the Poor Man Movement, For me to Organise my Shows I have to pay for everything, I work with Mostly People from Outside my Country, and this gives me Problem in My Country, I Just want to ask if I should Register, as Non-Profit Orgnabisation or as a Company?

non-profit  you dont get any pay so it is non profit  let your boss take care of the paperwork  this should cost you nothing but time and love
