ok so i'm 13 now and i did gymnasticsts for just a little bit when i was lyk in 1 or 2nt grade, I'm kinda weak because i dont eat meat that much only a certian kind of chicken nuggets (i will not change) and i'm going to join gymnasticts again and i read even tho i'm almost 13 i'll still have a shot if i work super hard and i will put my everything into it i have wii fit and i play yoga and streanth on it every day for an avrage of 40 minnutes, i also streach for about 15 minntues, what else could i do to practice, and will i even have a chance to make it into competeion (when i start it will be in biggerns 1 or 2 any thing else on recomendation bout the bigginers? ) i can't do a cartwheel very well so i'll work on that..... anything else please include everythign you can think of EVERYTHING about gymnastics expecaally the things i asked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks SOO MUCH!!!!!!!! i have mi heart set on doing competeion
