Do i change before or after i get to practice?

Question

since my practices are at night like 6 pm do people change at home before they go or in the locker room when they get there?

I change at home before I get there.The only time I change in the locker is after school.It saves time for talking to my friends & that's what everbody else on my team does too.Plus, you don't have to worry about dragging clothes to and from the school.

I strongly suggest that you change at home and spend the time you have before practice to stretch. It won't be a good excuse if your running late and you still need to change. When a coach says practice starts at a certain time, it means that's when you are dressed and stretched and ready to go, not five minutes later after getting dressed.

Then after practice bring a change of close to wear home if you want, personally I wait until after my shower to put on a new set of close.

i personally change in the locker room because it makes it easier for me.  Then when it is time to go, i change back to what I wore to the practices.

i usually change while im at home, because it saves u more time to talk with ur friends and start stretching before hand.

but whatever is more comfortable and easier for u to do u should go for it!! =]

Well I change before I get to practice but that's because It's more convenient for me.It really doesn't matter though.

I come from work so I change at the office before practice. I tend to relax more and not have to stress about traffic, I can Walk into practice warm up and be ready.

Change at home.

It's easier and as soon as you get there, you can start playing pepper with you team mates and start stretching.

Unless you are busy doing something right before practices. Then bring your clothes to whatever you are doing, then change when you get there.

Doesnt really matter to me but if you want to have time to talk with your friends then change before you go!!
