Question:

Do i eat alot, im 13? and if so how much should i be eating?

breakfeast - a bowl of cereal and 1 fruit loop straw and 1 chaucholate straw

snack - 2 gogurts

lunch - burrito

dinner- noodles, hamburger

dessert - icecream

    If you're worried about weight don't be

    I'm 16 5'1 and 110 pounds and I eat atleast double and never gain anything

    Eat when you're hungry

    Eat until you're full

    Don't binge eat and you are fine

    Unless you're gaining weight chances are you're not eating to much

    and if you are gaining weight it's probably not that your eating too much it's probably just your food choices


  2. when i was growing i ate like a cow id have like 6 bowls of cereal in the morning, 2 sandwiches at lunch with some dessert, and like mcdonalds at night lol!! but im very skinny for some weird reason im 5'6 and 91lbs i guess its my metabolism but also once u grow ull get rid of baby fat and no u rnt eating alot at all

  3. No you don't eat a lot, but what you are eating doesn't sound healthy. Don't eat less, just eat more fruits and veggies in place of the burger and icecream. Limit junk food to once or twice a week.

  6. I would limit your eating to a bowl of cereal, and some fruit for breakfast. For a snack granola or banana would do. If you have a lot of rice in your burrito, try to cut it out because that is a lot of empty calories. Do you excerise at all? Because that is some carbs and a lot of sugar. I would limit to either a hamburger OR noodles, with some fruits and veggies. And finally, do lowfat icecream, or yogurt, or some strawberries for dessert.
