  1. A big amount of junk, even though it doesn't seem to be a lot of food.

  2. Let's take a look at the whole picture. Are you trying to lose weight, or are you asking about caloric intake in general? Either way, I'd say it's not that you are eating too much quantitatively, it's more qualitative. You are eating fat-dense, nutrient poor foods.

First off, where is breakfast? At the very least a granola bar or a yogurt to get you going. At school, swap out your chips & M&M's for some fruit and peanut butter -- much healthier. The V8 is perfect.

At home, it looks like you are eating a lot of carbohydrates but certainly not enough calories. Try a sandwich with lean protein like turkey or chicken, some romaine lettuce and avocado on a whole wheat pita or 12 grain bread. Add a few snacks of nuts, fruit or veggies during the day.

If you are at least 16 and between 90-140 lbs, you should be getting 1200-1300 calories per day (no more than 30% of them from fat). I doubt you are reaching that, which can actually be damaging to your metabolism. Making healthier choices will keep you fuller longer and improve your overall health.
