  1.    Read this below maybe find a different food .

  2. The vet is right, you are not feeding her too much but if I were you I would cut back 1/4 cup only because if you feed your dog less, it would live longer and same applies for humans.

    hope this helps

  3. On the back of dog food bags it will tell you how much you need to feed according to weight, check there!!!

  4. If she is not overweight, and is not gaining weight, but maintaining a healthy weight, then I would not cut back on food.

Each one of my dogs eats FOUR cups of food a day (three of them).  That makes 12 cups a day.

Can you imagine MY dog food bill? hahaha

EDIT:  No problem, just extra points for me, LOL

  5. If she is happy, active and your Vet says she is OK. why would you even be thinking about changing her diet???

  6. Uh, dude,  she's in no way overweight.  The vet said her weight was perfect for her height and such.  Why would you cut back?  It's obviously perfect.

  7. feed her 2-3 cups a day but give it to her in small amounts at a time. like a 1/2 cup every few hours. If she eats too much and then plays she could get bloat which is when a dogs stomach gets too full and turns upside down and they need surgery. You can tell if they have because they will dry heave allot. Just wanted to warn you.

  8. Read the serving size for her weight.  If the vet said she is good, then she is good.  Are you giving her excessive treats or table scraps?  She looks great.

  9. depends on what food it is and therefore how much you have to give. If it works out you are feeding too much and god not over/correct weight then think about worming her.
