i have been working astemporary worker for an agency for 3 years now i want to resign

  1. No. You will get any arrears of wage or any accured holiday pay your are due, but other than this you get nothing  


  2. In every job I have worked, my pay stops when I resign.  If I still got paid after I resigned, I would have an unlimited wealth built up by now.

  5. Not sure what you're asking here. The temp agency must pay you for the work you've done. They cannot and will not dock you because you resign.

    However, if you're asking whether you'll get severance pay, it's not likely unless it was part of a contract you signed with them or with the client.

  6. You will be paid for any work you have done. When you stop working, you stop being paid.
