Do i got a lawsuit?

my bank is citibank and they charge me 30 to 60 on june for no reason stateing about overdrawn but i was never overdrawn cuz i only pay my cable with a checking account ever month and today they were trying to take 37.50 for again but i called and got that cleared is there a possible they robbing me?

No lawyer would take the case.

If you want to sue, you'll need to go to small claims court but it probably isn't worth the trouble.

If you think the bank is s******g you, take your money and leave.  I would recommend looking for a local credit union.  They are usually a lot less into gouging you than banks.

I don't know about a law suit, but I would be checking for ID theft.  Often, this is how they start, small amounts to see if you raise the alarm, and then more and more.  The sooner you find out what is going on, the better.  Good luck
