Do i have ADD or maybe ADHD?

so right now i am supposed to be studying, but cant concentrate. this usually happens to me.

during lectures if we aren't taking notes i tend to just not pay attention in any way.

during normal conversations i tend to think of things that are totally random.

alot of the time when someone says something it will remind me of a song and be stuck in my head the rest of the day.

i can never sit still

i get bored during movies even if they are good ones

i can never just sit down and read for more than 15 minutes

do i have ADD or possibly ADHD because my history teacher said i did.

It is possible,I have plenty of friends who have both ADD and ADHD. The only way you can be sure is to go to your doctor and be tested. Usually when your teacher recomend it,you actually do have it. I believe I have ADD because I cant focus at all and I tend to think of random off subject things also. I know how you feel. There aremediciness that people take and it calms you down. Your normal,trust me,many children,even adults have it. I wish you luck. We would probably have a cool conversation considering I talk about extremely random stuff and throw random stuff in because I really think I have ADD,it's nothing to be ashamed of.
