Do i have a broken or bruised nose bone?

Question

last Saturday i was in a soccer tournament and i got the back of a girls head into my nose and it still hurts slightly but it is really sensitive to touch and it is semi hard to breath out of my right nostril and when i do touch it it makes a popping sound and if i touch it anywhere on the bridge on the right side the right side of my nose goes numb/tingly and my friend says i might have broken it or bruised it at least and i was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so what was it?

is it slightly bent to either side? you'd know for sure if you had a broken nose (I have 3 brothers and ALL have broken their noses lol..boys) each time it was obvious their noses were broken. it actually wouldn't hurt much it would heal really fast (in days in the case of young people) you'd no more by its shape then by pain. They actually have to rebreak your nose (reset it) if its broken.

but it does sound like it might be fractured
