Do i have a cavity or no?

my tooth hurts slightly, but noticeably when i apply pressure to the tooth with my upper jaw [[teeth]]... the tooth that is bothering me is on the bottom of my mouth..is this a cavity? today i had 2 other teeth sensitive with inflamed gums, but this is totally different...my gums arent inflamed on this tooth and i just felt this today. please help me...thanks [=

  1. Sounds like there could be something wrong with it, has it just started today or does it come and go, my best advice to you is go and see your dentist only he/she will be able to sort it out, because if you do have a cavity it will only get worse

    i had one and got it filled now its fine, no pain at all


  2. if it hurts alot when you chew gum or eat sweets then most likely its a cavity because you are pounding sugar into it..check to see if there is a whole in your tooth or your denist can look at it  

  3. You might have a cavity and maybe gingivitis if you have inflamed gums... a dentist is the only person who can stop it from getting worse
