Do i have a chance at cal state northridge?

i have a 4.6 on a 5 scale...havent taken my SAT yet but my PSAT was a 1760....out of state student... hmm? any out of state northridge attenders? help!! tuition costs are a killer and i was just wondering what you guys were doing!
