Do i have a chance of getting into Syracuse?

Question

i have 3.2 GPA and got a 27 on the ACT(i am retaking it and want to get one or 2 points higher. I took many honors and AP classes. I also am associate editor in chief of my high school paper and have been on it for 4 years. Do i have a good shot to get in?
