of getting to be like 6' 1"? i am a guy 14 turning 15 5' 8 in height...... eats well swims 1-2 hour a night?

yes and i dunno why but they say if you sleep in a pitch black room it helps you grow

yea- guys usually grow somtimes even into their 20's. swimming really helps to lengthen you i heard- another way is yoga. It can add natural inches just by improving your posture. Plus it's relaxing :)
