So, I'm sure this is a dumb question but I'm unbelievably health conscious but i'm very 'to myself' about it...
So, exercise wise I ride my bike around 20 miles a day (fixed gear, no coasting, 15mph on average) and my legs are completely rock hard. I run about 3 miles a few times a week. Crunches and weights every now and then. Lots of walking as well.
Eating habits, I am vegetarian borderline vegan but still eat dairy for calcium purposes and what not. I do eat out a lot but I always eat at healthy restaurants... although I do have a big indgulence, ice cream. I work at a coffee shop that serves ice cream, and I do eat a lot of it, but i generally think it balances out.
I'm 16 yrs old, I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs... it is all muscle for the most part (i have a bit of a tummy, but I think all girls do).
So, overall, do I exercise enough and is an indulgence here and there ok?
