  1. You have no right to be upset.

You are lucky CPS put your kids with your sil rather than in a foster home.  Your sil is under no obligation to cart them around to appointments.

That's YOUR job, and something you should have thought about BEFORE things got to the point where CPS had to take away your kids.

  2. You have every right - its ur child, after all.

  3. call the cops

  4. i would be VERY upset.

cause he could get sick, who knows!

    they are crazyyyy.

  5. you have all the right to be upset, call the cops and tell them. this is not right!

    good luck!

  6. i guess so cuz i mean its ur choice of ur moods....and i mean these are ur kids....not ur sister in law so she shouldnt touch ur kids like dat. tell her dat its hurting ur feelings and allso tell ur husband

  7. yeah you do

    Fight for your kids

  8. i think you do. he's your son and you have a right to be worried about him.

  9. WHAT?? NO right to be upset..you have every right to be upset. If you made this appointment 2 weeks ago then there should have been no problem in taking him to see his doctor. That is his son and I cant believe he did not put his fot down with his sister..

  10. You definetly do. She should be able to take an hour out of her schedule to bring your kid to the doctor. Plus if you dont cancel 24 hours before they still charge you. So if thats your situation, i would be mad. Besides you want to help your kid with his asthma. She should be able to take him.

  11. yeah, call CPS and tell them that he had an asthma issue and its important for him to have this follow up appointment..I'm positive they will call her up and order her to take him....if you don't mind asking why did they take your kids and why is your husband being an ***???? shouldn't he be concerned for your child as well?

  12. yes u can be upset

    i would be.

  13. You do have the right to be upset

  14. yeaaaa........i would be upset

  15. i'd be upset. and complain to cps

  16. Yes, you do. Since she has been ordered to take care of your kids, then she is obligated to care for their needs. Taking him to his doctor for his appointment isn't an option she has the right to refuse.

  17. your husband should be upset more then you since they are his kids as wel are they not? when it comes to a childs health being neglecting no matter what trivial reason a parent has the Ab-SO- Lute right to be upset.

  18. Call CPS, why did they take your kids? Careful with that though, kids might end up in foster care.

  19. Yes you do. You want to make sure your child is taken care of. Your sister in law is a *****.

  20. i dont know the whole situation. like why did cps give the kids to her.  anyway she should respect u enough to take him to the dr. i think u do have a right but still dont know the whole situation. have u tried contacting cps and telling them this.

  21. Yes you have a right to be upset and you should be! Tell her he needs to go to the doctor.

  22. Of course you have a right to be upset.

  23. of course...their your kids and he should go to the doctor for his asthma

  24. i would b upset 2 cause if that has 2 do with his asma that could b of serious

  25. Absolutely. I'm not sure why CPS has ordered her to have your kids, but either way, the appointment concerns HIS health and has nothing to do with the drama that you all have going on right now.

  26. CPS gave your kids to a woman who obviously does not care about the well-being of your child?  I would call CPS and tell them that she is refusing to go to a doctor's appointment.  That is neglect.

  27. You should be able to decide how you feel.

  28. what did you do to your kids?

  29. You have every right to be upset .. and MORE .. it is your legal responsibility to make sure your kids are kept safe .. and since your son has a medical situation - and is not getting the medical attention planned for him - you should contact every available office and tell them what she is doing to your son.

Make sure this appointment is set by the doctor (on the doctor's appointment book) .. you need real undisputeable proof.

Call CPS ... report this .. insist they file a report on it .   Have proof that she refuses to do it.   If you have no proof - do it anyway -- the most important thing is the welfare of your son.

Contact your local police - tell them - tell them your son has asthma - and  you need for your son to keep his doctor appointment -  and your sil refuses to take him to his appointment - and that you want a report made about this - and you get a copy of it.   Have them see that your son gets to the doctor.

Tell CPS .. and the police .. that you are worried that if your SIL won't take him to see the doctor -- that you are concerned that she would not get your son medical help if he was ever hurt or sick.

Contact your doctors office .. have them call your SIL to remind her of the appointment - and to keep notes of what she says and does.

If CPS tries to sweep this under the rug -- carry it to higher legal CPS levels .. don't stop until the incident is recorded permanentaly - and until your son gets his medical attention.

  30. If you got your children taken away from you by CPS, you should be a little more concerned about that than about a doctor appointment. If something is wrong with your child, your sil will take him to the doctor to have him checked out.

In the meantime, focus your efforts on being a good parent rather than getting upset at her for not going to a follow up appointment. If you are going to be getting your kids back soon, call the doctor and reschedule the appointment for when you will be able to take him.

  31. yeah call the cops. i would.
