Do i have a shot at entering UGA?

I made a composite 19 on my ACT (22 Language 20 Math) my numeric avg is at an 88.65 and my gpa is about a good 3.5. And i play basketball, Football, joined beta club, chess club, FBLA, DECA, track, and national honors society.Does anyone think this is enough to enter

Your ACT score is low...according to their website:

"...subscores of 17 on both the English and Math sections of the ACT" are required to even be considered.

You're not borderline for that requirement, but you're not too far away from it either. The extra curricular activities you're doing will only help if you show consistency, commitment and leadership, so you should focus on a couple and really put a lot into them. Its kind of late to join new things, so I would only keep up with the things youre doing but show that you're a big part of them.
