  1. Probably.  It's 3:30am here and I told myself that I would go to bed at 11pm.  It's apparent that both of us need to get our bed times figured out lol.  I can't tell you what you have.  I can, however, tell you that the reason I'm up is because I'm stubborn and not very self disciplined when it comes to sleep.  It's nothing medical really, I just have to start literally forcing myself to go to bed.

  2. My best guess,is that you have stayed up pretty late in the past. Therefore your mind is used to the timing of you going to sleep late, your body is tired but your mind isen't..Amazing how that is huh,lol..Stop drinking or eating any caffeine late night,no sugary drinks or foods. Insted drink tea, which helpthy ou relax, such as Chamoile tea,you may also take Tylenol PM. If this concerns you, talk to your doctor..: )

  3. i've been having the same problem... its 3am and im still up...

you should make a doctor appointment it could come from something like a thyroid problem which happened to me before and i was put on trazodone that helped a lot. also having anything like anxiety, stress, or depression has sleeping affects like this. try buying some lavender oil from any drug store and putting it on your pillow at night it calms you down and lets you fall asleep easier, hope this helps

  4. Eh, it's normal. Especially if you're a teenager.

    Summer....

I'm staying up all night! Just for the h**l of it.
