ok im 6 ft 195 ..im very out of shaoe ..i have not been atcive for awhile..ive just started running..last week in fact..i havent had any troube breathing..right when im done im fine but tonight i really pushed myself even thouhg i was tired afte ri was done i had trouble cathcing my bretah and my chest felt a little tightend but idk if that just from muscles..what do u think?? did i just push myself too hard or do i have asthma?
