man b***s or pecs?

ok, im 16 i weigh about 170 ive been doing a lot of cardo for the last couple months (30mins 400-450 calories) and i can bench about 150-155, i can move my "pecs" one by one simultaneously but there is a little bit of jigiling so is it man b***s or pecs

  1. if they (each individual boob) gets hard, then they are pecs, but if they're soft and squishy... then you have boobies

    also i bench 185 and i dont have very large pecs... they're just very defined so chances are you got b***s if they are large or if they droop

  4. I am thinking that you have pecs under a layer of fat. It is good that you are working out though. Just keep that up and you will lose the fat and get the definition you are looking for.

    seriously yes you are still going through puberty and that might have a bit to do with it don't despair just keep up the good word maybe try some other excersise to work youre chest like rowing for example ..'

  8. You definitely have some moobs here.  You should be benching at least your own weight.  When I was your age I was benching 50 lbs over my weight.  The mere fact that you need to ask the question to distinguish between pecs and moobs tells me you have moods.

    keep it up though.  keep working at it and you will get the pecs you want.

  9. Do intervals (sprint for short distance then walk then repeat a few times) also do push up slowly 1 time then raise up your left arm in the air and let your right hand carry your weight. Go back to one more push up then raise your right arm in the air and lean your weight on your left arm (make sure only your hand and feet are on the ground) doing this several times every other day will help.

    Other things such as sit ups or jump rope also helps... All of these exercises will strengthen your man b***s and help tone it so it'll look smaller and more fit
