  1. You don't have frostbite, but you may have done a small amount of nerve damage. The nerves should regenerate in a short amount of time and you'll be fine. Never put a body part into hot water when you think it may be frost bitten as that will cause damage to the cells.

  2. You would see discoloration if it was frostbite.  Keep an eye on it.

  3. well - it could just be shock . you may have hit the nerves - you only get frostbite maybe if your unlucky in antartica - x  x  x   x   x   x

    hope i could help x

  4. If you still are having numbness after two days i think you may have damaged the nerves in your finger but it will eventually get a little better over time. I dont think its frostbite because there would be a color change and almost complete numbness in your finger. I really dont think there is anything to worry about but you may want to see a doctor if your finger still doesnt have any feeling in it in the next few days.

    good luck honey :]

  5. OK big BIG BIGGER mistake never never put warm or hot water on the surface of the body when it has been exposed to the cold for a period of time.  this will only kill cells, skin tissue, or bone depending on the amount of exposure. Ever hear of brain freeze? when you drink something cold to fast yea? Well you got finger freeze!!!  Its not bad because your finger not swollen or numb and color is good...youll live the nedster
