I recently lose weight and exercising hard, i have been having these mood swings, feeling irritated easily, having itchy spots on my arm and neck then i end up scratching them and they turn into a little big non red pimple or something. And feeling stress easily, confuse, and really worry about something that irrational. I don't know how to check my blood sugar level is there any where i could check it. im not sure if its low or high, thats why i need to find out a quick way to figure it out. If its low blood sugar, are there any good foods there to raise it?
