Do i have pneumonia?

I have been sick now for a week today. what started out to be a sore throat went to what i was thinking as broncitis. since the last two days i have experience alot of coughing and sputum, yellow green to be exact.Tonight i am having difficulty trying to catch my breath and the feeling that all my air is in my throat and not in my chest. I have pain in the middle of my chest but towards the middle of my back. I feel exhausted and nausea some vomiting and dirreah. I feel so tired and sick. At night i cant cough anything up, what is wrong with me?

Get to a doctor.  I have had pneumonia three times and those symptoms sound all too familiar.
