Get in the best shape as possible between now and tryouts. (7-7-08 to 8-11-08) and also lose like 20-30 lbs??Im doing a diet and have gone into Kitosis and alreayd lost 4 lbs this week and my dad said that the weight loss will speed up.Im going to the gym 4-5 days a week and working on my volleyball almost every other day.Does anyone have any tips for me to get my arms and legs really toned and also any workouts to improve my speed?thank you!
