I am an American married to a Jordanian and I lived in the country for three and half years you do not have to do anything you do not want to there. need any help feel free to contact me. My husband comes from one of the best families in Jordan we live north of Irbid and in Ohio when in the states. They have beautiful churches

Why would you change ur religion?  I dont know which religion you practice, but for sure Jordan is a modern country, so much friendly and open to all the religions.

There are some arab countries that are very radical ones about religion, but is not the case of Jordan. Although muslims are majority, they live and share the country with the chistian minority without problems.

Why adopt a religion you don't have faith in? I know some countries persecute if you don't follow their religion, but if you aren't in one of those countries don't change it. Muslim and Christianity? A lot of difference between them , so obviously you wouldn't choose one because of faith.
