Do i have to get panadeine over the counter? or do i have to look for it in the stores?

I was just wondering because i don't want to look like a fool if i go up to the counter and it would be in the shelves.

Paracetamol and Codeine.

If you are in the US it's prescription stuff. Anything codeine is prescription only. (Example: Tylenol 3, acetiminophen and codeine)

If you are anywhere else, we'd need to know a city, country to have any idea. :)
