Do i have to give a 45 day notice to my landlord

in california is it law that i give a 45 day notice to vacate the property if my landlord request it.

is there any legal way around it.

please help.

there are situations that require me move asap

  1. Pay a month ahead or tell your landlord to keep your secerity deposit in order to move out earlier than 45 days.

    Have you tried to talk to your landlord?  Tell him whats going on maybe he'll work with you.
