My ex girlfriend has 3 suitcases and 4 boxes of her belongings in my mothers apartment, i currently still reside here, and i dont want her here anymore due to well (personal reasons), but she keeps claiming that she legally has 30 days to stay here because her belongings are here and i cant just move them out, she also has my mothers keys and im afraid she will make a copy of the set and just walk in and out as she pleases, what can i do?, and is there any legal precautions i should know?

  1. if her mail comes there, u may have to give her the thirty days, also if she is on a lease, or paying rent, when she leaves u will have to change the locks.sometimes u even have to evict people with the courts.

  2. If her name is on the lease then she should have 30 days.  If her name isn't on the lease then there shouldn't be any legal issues.  Toss her stuff out and talk to the landlord and see if you can change the locks.

  3. Ok, if she is paying to stay there than you can't just kick her out (if you have say a month-to-month or week-to-week lease.) However, if she was just staying there for free you have every right to kick her and her stuff out. If you want to be nice, tell her she has 3 days to get her stuff out or it will be on the front lawn. You don't owe her more than that. Change the lock so her old keys are no good, no matter how many copies she makes! Good luck

  4. First of all you ned to change the lock's to the apartment by telling the manager the truth about your gf. Then either text mail her or e-mail her or just call the girl and say " if you don't pick up your c**p, it will be at the Police Station " and that you are not responsible from that point on about her c**p. Or you can drop it off at her work or where she is living now.

  5. unless she is under a lease she has no rights in this situation

  6. Once a person has established residence you have to follow the law regarding evictions...whether or not the person is paying rent or on a lease...apparently she did her homework.

I went through a similar problem with a relative..and unfortunately the laws are screwed up.

  7. Change the locks and kick her *** out!

  8. Change the locks on your doors,Next,Take her things to her mother's house and have her mother sign for them.

Next have some hot girl pretend to be all over you when she shows up at your mom's.

    Then get a restraining order.

  9. is her name on the lease?  did you have  a verbal agreement on how the rent was paid?

then you do have to give her 30 days.  at the end of the 30 days, you can move her stuff out of your place.

if there is no agreement and she's not named on the lease you can move her stuff out now.

in either case, change the locks.

  10. change the lock of your house so she cant come in and out of the house.

  11. This is a tricky one.

I once occupied a room in a house that belonged to my girlfriend's mother. I refused to leave the place and my argument was - I found a well in the garden surrounded by a few bushes. I pitched my tent, drilled a hole and went around watering the place. My girlfriend's mother sued me because, when I moved out I ended up dragging my pump through the bushes and damaged the fence.

In your case, unless you have a tenancy contract, attested by the local municipal council or the city mayor's office, you can kick her out. Please make sure that she leaves with her suitcases and boxes. Else, you may face jail for robbery. The sentence for stealing ladies underwear is quite high
