Okay well these past few weeks have been full of.....JUNK!!!!
ive been eating so much fastfood, and goin to buffets, and stuff like that
I GAINED 6 lbs!
okay i told myself i need to cut it out and become healthier!!!!
im gonna start tommorow
BREAKFAST: fruit
LUNCH: chicken salad
SNACK: veggies
DINNER: fish and rice:]
BUT! before i start i wanna know if i should do a detox diet before...
you know only drink tea, water, and lemon juice, to clean my organism.....
i dont know, thats why im asking
so what should i do?
detox then start, or just wake up and start?
DOES IT EVEN MATTER?????
idk you tell me
P.S: I WILL BE WORKING OUT!
