  1. No,

don't go to the police station. Do NOT say anything to the cops!

  2. No, if they ask you to come to the police station then it is advisable to do so. If you do not do so and the police have reason to believe you may have been involved in criminal behaviour, they have the power to arrest you. So go along with your mother or other adult family member and just tell them the truth.

  3. Go to the police station, with your mom..and the other person and his family..and talk to them..Your mom is your witness.

and same with your friend..Tell the police the truth..you and your family will have to take time to see them or they will put a warrent out for your arrest...because they think it was true and has only his word to go on..think about it

  4. If the cops or anyone else want you for questioning be sure to have a parent or lawyer with you! cops and alot of authorities feel they can minipulate minors because they are less educated about there rights but this america and you do have rights! exercise your rights. good luck to ya.

  5. you should probably go to the police station. or else, they'll probably get the wrong idea or think that your hiding something.

  6. Since they asked you to come in and answer a few questions it is best that you do. You see; they want to see you and read your body language. They can tell by the way you act; how you avert your eyes, if you get all emotional, etc. They don't always need a lie detector to tell if someone is lying.

When you go, answer the facts, don't volunteer anything. Are you underage? If so, you need one or both of your parents to go with you. If you don't have the gas; call them and tell them that you don't have the gas and would someone pick you up in an unmarked car and give you a ride back home. That way they will know your intention.

If you don't voluntarily go down; they may issue a warrant to bring you in for questioning. This is not an arrest. An arrest would come if they had enough evidence to arrest you. Now, they are just investigating.

If you are innocent; you shouldn't get all worked up over it. If you are not innocent; you may want to go down and only state your name, address, and social security number. When they officially arrest you; tell them you will not say anything until you are given a court appointed attorney. The police can hold you for a while; while they check out your story to see if they have enough evidence to arrest you. So, if you have a pet, you may want to put out another dish of pet food and water; you may be gone for 24 hours.  Make sure you tell your family where you are going.

Don't volunteer any information. Keep your answers simple. Treat them with a lot of respect, use your manners. They will respond to you being polite.
