Do i have to go topless if i am at a beach in europe?

No you don't have to. No one will be forcing you to remove your top. I've been to Spain and most of the girls where topless at the beach. it also very popular in Italy. However there are no beaches in the locations you mentioned except maybe Barcelona.

Like mentioned before, it's optional and even that is depending on the beach (some beaches it is not the "done" thing even).  There are certainly no beach patrollers whipping people's top off or fineing them for wearing them!

If you are not comfortable going topless, then don't do it, no big deal.  Yes there will be camera's (of course people take them) but they will not be all focused at topless people.  Yes there will be older people, but generally it's a case of "been there done that" and they won't be interested in you in the slightest.  Actually older people tend to be the least inhibited when it comes to topless bathing

So take your bikini, go to the beach, and if others are doing it, and you feel like you want to, then go topless.  If you don't, then don't.  The most important thing is that you enjoy your holiday for yourself

Paris and Rome not being coastal cities, I don't think you will have to worry about the beaches there.

Most women wear tops on the beaches in Europe. Going topless or bottomless is a personal choice.

No one will be taking pictures or leering over you except maybe tourist from sexually repressed societies. Once you see a few, it isn't a big deal anymore.
