Hi, i have taken my transistor radio to work, and my firm told me i cannot listen to it withoutb a license, true, or not?

  2. As it will be played in a public place, you need a performing rights licence which I believe is £90 per year

  3. You do not need a licence for the radio.  However if you do not listen though a headset, you will need to get permission for public performance.

  9. no that got abolished years ago but i suggest you leave your radio at home some of your colleagues may not want to hear what you like,if you insist on listening to it get a earphone then they cant hear it only you..
