Do i have to jailbreak my iTouch to get the ibeer app?

i saw the i beer and the other apps like that and want to get them but my ipod wont let me download the files. so i started to think that i may have to jailbreak it, i really dont want to so i want to know if it was a must inorder to get those apps?

well the ibeer application is one you have to download, but it costs money. this is the site where you get that. Jailbreaking does give you other applications though, some are really cool. But you do risk s******g up your ipod and voiding the warranty
