  1. 21st march mate

  2. It was Sunday March 9Th and I set my clock up and hour but still got up late. Kids missed the bus, they did get a ride but i haven't got the hang of the change yet. It is time to go to bed before you know it now. Hope my body gets with the change soon.

  3. At 1.00 am GMT on Sunday 30 March 2008 the clocks will move forward by an hour as civil time moves from Coordinated Univeral Time (almost identical to Greenwich Mean Time) to British Summer Time (BST).

At 2.00 am BST (1.00 am GMT) on Sunday 26 October 2008 the clocks will move back by an hour as civil time returns from British Summer Time (BST) to Coordinated Universal Time.

The Ninth European Parliament and Council Directive on Summer Time Arrangements states that summer (or daylight saving) time will be kept between the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. The changes will take place at 01.00 GMT.

    Hope this helps.
