Alrighty I took my ACT which came out not that good, so Ive been at community college to a year now, I have more than 12 credit hours, and My GPA is a 3.4 overall this year. If I stay at community college for another semester and transfer in ths spring, do you think they'll want me to take the ACT of SAT?

  1. well,

I have been a transfer student at least three times...first you need to check the catalog of the school to see the procedure on transfer students, but I am pretty sure that you do not have to take ACT or SAT it just helps them to understand your education level or get (excempt) out of different classes. The purpose of ACT and SAT is to see your education level and see if you will be able to handle the course work. It is clear that you have handled your courses  the only time you have to do that is when you go to community college and have to take placement test (do you remember that). good luck........
