right when i end my period?

some one said i did or can i start taking it whenever?

I am really amazed at the lack of knowledge some people have that answer questions.  But you start taking the pills on the FIRST SUNDAY AFTER YOUR PERIOD STARTS.  This means if you start your period on mon-sat you take the first pill on that sunday.  If you start your period on sunday you start the pills that VERY SAME DAY.  The only other option is to start any day you want ONLY if you are positive you are not pregnant.  But this can cause some cycle irregularities.

You can start taking it at any time during your cycle, period or not.  Most people start on Sunday so they will have "period free weekends."  The important part is consistency

I've always been told to start on the Sunday after my period ends.

Most pill packs come with stickers, however, so you can change the day you start, but I always felt as though if you start after your period, it's beginning at the beginning of your cycle already.

you can start taking the pill whenever you feel that you need to. if you're sexually active, it would be a really good idea to start. some girls use it to regulate their period. it's just something that you really have to think about  before you go through with it. it's your decision though!

You can start whenever you want but that may cause you to have 2 periods in one month and some other side effects. It's usually best to start either the first day of your period or the sunday after. And remember to take them everyday at the same time.

Its best that u should start taking the pill rite after your period,or the up comming Sunday after your period finishes because you will actually be on track when you take your pills and u will know when the next period will come.

Im not so sure if u should start taking the pill when ever,because the 1st week is the sugar pills...then comes the actual birth control
