Do i have to wait for my bank account to become verified with those two paypal deposits before i can start buy

buying with it? also do i have to credit my paypal account with money or can i leave funds £0, and just let it take the money from my debit bank account that paypal is assigned to?

No you don't have to wait for your acct to be verified to start buying and yes they can take money from your debit bank account.  Get shopping and have fun.
