Do i have to wear a sports bra?

ok im going to 7th grade.i wear a 32 A bra cup. and we are going to have p.e. im worried when i start changing one of the girls might say that "OMG!that girl isn't wearing a sports bra!" or something like that.

you should get a sports bra, they are very comfortable, but you should get one just in case

It doesnt matter. Im a bigger size than you and no one said anything to me about wearing a sports bra. Just ignore them if they do and just have fun at PE. If you feel a bit odd about it, go to a bathroom and change. No big deal.

hmm not really a big deal you can keep one in your locker in case you feel you need to wear it. If you don't feel that you need one, I don't think you have to. When most people change in front of other strangers they try to do it as fast as possible so others don't see their flaws. I don't think someone is going to dissect you with their eyes while your changing.

No one wears a sports bra at my school, don't worry. If it makes you feel comfortable with the extra support, go for it. Believe me, during changing, no one is looking to make fun of you. Everyone is too embarrassed that they're half naked to look around. Everyone is going to be getting dressed real quick.

no one is going to stare at you while you change and point out that your not wearing a sports bra, and in p.e. no one wears a sports bra anyways, you have nothing to worry about girl. (i wear the same size as you lol)

No... nobody really cares.. and if they are really taking the time to look at you when your changing there is something wrong with them lol.. when i was in 9th grade nothing ever happed like that lol

nopers, no one will do that to you. you shouldn't even worry about it, just wear your regular bra for gym everyone else probably will be doing the same. Only girls with D cups or close to that actually feel that they NEED to wear sports bras, and thats just to keep everything nice and snug in case you will be running/jumping. You can wear a normal bra for most everything and sports bras are usually not needed.

nah not for a 32A. I'm the same size as you and I never had any problems with it. Just as long as you feel comfortable not wearing one, don't worry about it :)

i don't wear sports bras for gym, unless i was already wearing one that day, other wise i just wear them for team sports.

helll nah. not being mean, but your b***s arent that big anyways. and thats what a sports bra is for to keep them suckkas in line!

most likely you wont have time to change bras in the lockeroom, so just go for it!

No one wears sports bras to gym. Trust me, wearing a real bra is much "cooler" to 7th grade girls. As long as you are wearing a bra and deodorant, you won't get c**p from anyone. Good Luck and remember, changing for gym is not as bad as you think! But, if you really must, keep a few sports bras in your locker. You might also want to bring a spare pair of socks, a tiny travel sized perfume and deodorant, and extra sneakers. Trust me everyone is worrying about what other girls think when they are changing...they don't even notice you!

If youre still not sure, just on the first day of P.E, you change quickly and sneaky, and watch other girls if they have a sports bra.

i dont really wear a sports bra... such a hassle.. and i dont really do anything but stand..

if your playing sports you dont have to wear a sprts bra. im in 7th grade too but ive gotten dressed with girls who were wearing regular bras. no one cares. and anyways you shouldnt care what others think i hope i helped
