Do i have wavy hair or not?

Question

When i take a shower and lat my hair air dry (without brushing it or anything) my hair is really wavy, with some defined loose curls. when i brush it right when i get out of the shower, and again when it's dry, my hair is pretty straight at the top and pretty full on the bottom (sometimes flipping up or down :D) any explanations?
