Not at all. As long as you take your studies seriously in college, (and can spell school right), one class in high school doesn't really affect that much. Just make sure you understand biology very well!

no cuz i dont think it matters of the classes u take in high school its probably just for college

Definitely not.  Your high school record gets you into college, but your college record is what will determine your acceptance into medical school.  Med schools don't look at your high school transcript or even at your ACT score.
