Do i look at the directors when saying my monologue?

when I'm saying my monologue(s) do i look at the casting director or in a different direction like the wall

if it is on camera then look on th camera if not than the wall

When reciting a monologue, set an imaginary point where ever you like (somewhere near the director) and focus on that point.  Do not wonder or your ability to focus will be questioned

Have a focus point. It should be somewhere above the director's & casting director's seat. That should make it easier for you, especially if you break character easily.
