Do i look better with shorter hair or longer hair? (for the ladies)?

and i have the longer hair now, i pard it to the side some messy look.

You look older with shorter hair, and it looks much smarter. You could always go short, then if you don't like it, grow it out; or try having it cut at the longer length, and if you don't like that, ahve it cut off.

Just experiment!

You look good with both lengths. But most females I know like guys with shorter hair. But, then again, my friends and I are probably a little (if not a lot) older than you (mid 20s).

I guess it really depends on what style you're going for. If you're going for a laid back, do whatever, beachbody look, then keep the long hair. But if you want a more sophisticated, mature, clean look, then definately the short hair.

A little tip ... go for a shorter cut on the sides ... and fade it in. Looks a lot better than one length all around.
