i think white eyeshadow looks better than the brown, but i would wear neither.

as for hair, i prefer your hair curly, but you are lucky that you can wear your hair curly or straight, my hair is mostly straight and the only think i can do to it is straighten it, which i have to do every single day

try using really dark purples on your eyes, It'll make your eye color look amazing.
