Question:

Do i look fat -whats my body shape?

I get tons of different answers from friends-

but then again my friends are always nice-

can't get a full on answer-

so i'll ask complete strangers instead to tell me the truth!

because you don't know me and i don't know you, you can say whatever you like!

I don't think i have a really big stomach but overall i think i look big

and being Asian its annoying hearing relatives that haven't seen you in a long time say- oh you've grown so big!

do they have nothing else to say??

so i have no idea what my body shape is either??

I'm 14 going on 15 and it doesn't seem like I'm gonna continue growing=_="

but i'm an average height, never cared much about my height difference just the fact that i think i'm fat!!

well not fat but big?

and i wonder if i'm wide that makes me look big, my height, or what!!

ok tell you the facts..-

height: 165cm

weight:63kg

...yes that is my weight...depressing isn't it....

(btw sorry if i offend people...i'm not really skinny or really obese..i know that...but i pretty much dn't like it when my skinny friends complain about being fat when i'm right there...)

please be honest- its like a need to know!!

  1. You are not fat and if that is your picture you are in good shape.

    It is perfectly alright to be concerned about your weight but not to be obsessing over what is not a problem.

    At your age your metabolism is in it's protective state which means it is in high gear.  As you grow older your metabolism will naturally slow down because your activity level will slow down.

    That is the time that you have to really practice preventive measures to not gain weight and become out of shape.

    Learning how to eat right and exercising at least three times a week will keep you on the right path.

    Learn a little about calories and bmi and find an activity you enjoy and don't obsess on non-existent problems but focus on your future goals of staying in shape and healthy.

  5. your shape is perfectly fine, my height is 167 for 63kg but i do look fatter, i have a big belly while you dont. you look perfect, dont worry too much about it, do some sports it will make you feel better, and about relatives saying that you've grown so big, that doesnt mean that you are big, it just means that you have changed, you look older, mature and even if they mean fat, it's positive in a sense because it's not healthy neither attractive to look skinny,,, enjoy being 63kg and enjoy being 15.. good luck

    I'm 165 cm too, but i'm 45 kg and 13. That's like underweight..

    I don't think you are fat, your BMI is 23.1, which shows that you are slightly overweight, but, that's puberty for you, you gain weight and stuff.

    You just need a healthy diet, and exercise more. Like I'm in the school shooting team, and yeah, we train like crazy!!!

    eat fish, sleep more, stress makes you gain weight, be positive

    take it from a guy, we like chicks with a little meat on your bones! We hate sticks! They are no fun!!!

    If you feel, however, that you need to workout, 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week of cardio workout, walk/run/bike/jump-rope.

    Can never hurt!
