  1. Depends on your States DMV requirements. Most require a special license for over 15 passengers. You definitely want to be covered by your companies insurance. (Unless you have enough money to pay for all lawsuits that could come as a result of an accident.)


  2. It does not matter how many children you are ACTUALLY carrying, if the vehicle is DESIGNED to carry 16 or more people (including the driver) then you will need a CDL with a P endorsement.  Also, if it is a school vehicle, you need a CDL with a S endorsement.
