  1. Uhmm actually it can be the same bathroom, but make it nice & keep it always clean. Personally if i go to a restaurant/place to eat i like when they have bathrooms. It would be annoying if i'd have to go somewhere else

  2. Yes I am sure you would need a restroom and it would need to meet ADA standards to be wheelchair accessible as all buildings must be wheelchair accessible.

I was a former business owner and your best bet would be to call the building and and zoning commission in the county where you plan to open a store at

  3. everyone loves bathrooms

and yes, it would be best to have separate bathrooms

  4. If you serve food like sit in then yes if strictly to go then no... but it would be a long day for workers with no bathroom... less to clean though.,..

  5. You'll need to check the exact codes for your city.

  6. I don't think it's a law to have a public bathroom/washroom, but I'm sure it is necessary to have a bathroom in the place of business.  (Mostly for handwashing, personal hygeine, etc...)

If you considered making it public, there is no need for it to two separate - one will do fine, in my opinion.

  7. it would be best if people really needed to go you the people working there did. i would seperate them depends on how much money you have though

  8. Im not sure about the law, but its kind of uncomfortable eating in a place without a bathroom. Its gross, too. Most of us wash our hands before eating.

  9. Yes especially if it's off a busy area.  People are attracted to bathrooms if they really need to go. lol

  10. well, you should at least have one for employees

but if it's just to-go then it's not imperative

unless later on down the road you want to expand it to dine in as well.

  11. Check the building codes for your state.

  12. Call your local health department.  The same one that issues the licenses will have the correct answer.

  13. I believe you do. But I'm not sure if they have to be separated. I was in Ohio a few weeks ago and went to a place with individual  unisex bathrooms. But they had 2 of them.

  14. If you have tables in there for peple to eat then you need a bathroom but if it's just take out no bathroom is required.

  15. Everyone likes a bathroom available, but if you hang signs that say, "sorry, no public restroom" and are located in a place where they can go somewhere else, you should be fine.

Since it's so small, I suggest one family restroom.

  16. Ye, you need a bathroom (for at least your employees).  You can use a "unisex" bathroom (where either s*x can use it, but only one at a time--by locking the door from the inside when in use)
