I CURRENTLY HAVE COMCAST. IVE HEARD THAT IF U HAVE COMCAST U DONT NEED A DIGITAL CONVERTER FOR 2009. IS THAT TRUE?

  1. If you have cable, you do not need a converter.

    The change in 2009 only affects "antenna TV" and the converters only work with Over The Air broadcasts, they will not work with cable.
